Our firm is very well versed in obtaining recorded statements from victims and witnesses of vehicular accidents, workman's compensation cases, etc.

An investigator will meet with the claimant and obtain the recorded statement, then take the tape to a professional transcriber. The cassette tape is then retained in our files for three years. You as the client receive the printed copy after it is received from the transcriber (usually three to five working days).

Our investigators have received training through several insurance company's special investigation unit, and not only have been trained in what questions to ask but HOW to ask them.

Our fee for this service is $75.00 per hour plus 50 cents per mile plus transcription fees.
